Hola! I'm Bernat, a 27-year-old from Mallorca, Spain. I've always been a curious person, constantly seeking things to learn and master. I like to think I’m a quick learner, which allows me to dive into new topics with enthusiasm and autonomy.
As a Software Engineer, my expertise lies in backend and architecture. With a degree in Computer Science and over five years of hands-on experience, I have refined my skills and developed a deep understanding of software design and development. Putting special effort in best practices and pragmatism.
Throughout my career, I have worked with multiple startups, where I have played an essential role in the development cycle, from idea to delivery. I take pride in my ability to design and implement efficient and scalable backend systems that meet demanding performance goals, often within tight deadlines and budgets.
My passion for software development fuels my drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, although I try not to fall too much on the the-next-big-thing trap. Lately, I’ve been closely working with NodeJS and Python ecosystems on AWS, but I am always eager to learn and adapt to new programming languages and frameworks.
As a results-driven Software Engineer, I am committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable software. With my strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to overcome complex challenges, I am confident I can contribute to any software development project.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, eating what I cooked (specially that), hiking and playing padel.
